Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

We’ve received your application

Thank you for applying. We’ve got your form, now it’s time for us to check we have everything we need to move you forward. If anything’s missing, we’ll be in touch. There’s nothing else for you to do now. 

How long does this stage take? About 2-4 weeks. 






Stage 2

Your CV is with the hiring manager

The hiring manager reviews your application. They’ll look at how your strengths and experience fit the role and what the team is looking for. They’ll come up with a shortlist and we’ll let you know if you’ve got an interview. 

How long does this stage take? About 1 week.  



Stage 3

CVs To Be Approved

Interviews To Arrange

Stage 5

You have an interview

If you’ve moved onto Stage 3 then it’s time for an interview. We’ll send you an email or letter with all the details you need, including date, time, where it is, where you can park and what you need to prepare. 

If we want you to do anything specific, like a short teach, we’ll let you know. We want you to feel comfortable and prepared, so if you need adjustments or want to talk anything through, let us know.

How long does this stage take? About 2 weeks. 



Stage 6

We offer you the job

If you’ve made it this far then congratulations, we’re going to offer you the job. It can take a  few days for us to call you. We’ll guide you through each step until you start including pre‑employment checks (such as qualifications, DBS check and a medical questionnaire). We can’t wait for you to be part of the team. 

How long does this stage take? 1-2 months.
